DS / APPROACH01. Discovery
We capture business context, users, the current process, requirements, constraints, and unknowns. The stage ends with agreed value criteria, a risk list, and questions that require validation.
02. Planning & Architecture
We decompose the solution into components and define data, integrations, non-functional requirements, and key trade-offs. The implementation plan includes dependencies, technical risks, and review points.
03. UI/UX Design
We design user flows, information structure, interface states, and interaction rules. Prototypes validate critical assumptions before they become expensive code.
04. Agile Development
We implement in short, controlled iterations with regular integration and outcome review. Every change is reviewed and traced back to requirements and architectural rules.
05. Testing & QA
We verify business rules, integrations, critical flows, security, and non-functional behavior according to risk. Defects are recorded with reproduction steps, priority, and retest criteria.
06. Deployment & Integration
We prepare environments, configuration, data migration, monitoring, and access control. The release plan includes readiness checks, cutover order, owners, and a recovery procedure.
07. Support & Optimization
After release, we analyze real usage, failures, performance, and operational signals. Further changes are prioritized by impact, risk, and cost rather than assumptions.
